In the case of chronic diseases, cancer and many other diseases, we use procaine base infusion as an important supportive therapy. Here, the local anesthetic procaine is administered intravenously in combination with sodium bicarbonate in an isotonic saline solution. We can also optimally reach areas of the body that are less well supplied with blood, especially chronic areas of inflammation and pain. The combination with sodium bicarbonate creates an alkaline environment. In this environment, the local anesthetic procaine can penetrate the cell membranes and optimally develop its diverse effects.

The procaine base infusion is generally very well tolerated; the side effects are minor. In very rare cases, an intolerance to procaine can occur: Procaine base infusions must not be administered in the case of decompensated cardiac insufficiency and high-grade cardiac arrhythmias. Of course, as a patient, you will be closely monitored by us during the infusion. The slow increase in dose over several sessions is important for the effectiveness and tolerability of the infusion therapy. Usually five to ten procaine base infusions (two doses per week) are required
until a clear and lasting therapeutic effect occurs. Depending on the total amount of procaine, please allow between 30 and 60 minutes for the infusion.

Procain Basen Infusion

What is a procaine base infusion?

Infusion neural therapy, pain and regulation treatment, deacidification, vitalization and more:
The multiple effects of the neural therapeutic agent procaine are enhanced and expanded through the combination with the base sodium bicarbonate. The infusion reduces pain, improves general well-being and reduces acidity. In addition, anti-inflammatory and balancing (systemic regulatory) effects are observed. The treatment enables general stress reduction and leads to more vitality.
Under healthy conditions, all body tissues are slightly alkaline, as are blood, lymph, saliva and cerebrospinal fluid (pH = 7.4). The glands in the body have an even more basic pH value (e.g. pancreas pH = 8.2 – 8.5). An exception is the stomach, which produces gastric acid as a barrier against germs and for digestion. A slightly acidic environment is also found in the vagina and on the skin to ward off germs. While accumulating acids are quickly removed from the blood, this is no longer the case for the microenvironment of circulatory impaired or chronically inflamed tissue. Tissue exposure to acid has now emerged as a major mechanism in the development of chronic disease, chronic pain and cancerti

Procaine - an innovative classic Treatment

Procaine hydrochloride, which was approved in 1905, is one of the few medicinal substances that are still important today due to their effectiveness and good tolerability. It was initially used for local anesthesia and was a real triumph as the main active ingredient in neural therapy according to HUNECKE and the vitalization treatment of the same name made known by Prof. ASLAN in the 1950s.
The excellent properties of procaine in the body have also been proven in many scientific studies and consist of:
• The vasodilatation (including the capillaries, i.e. the capillaries)
• Anti-inflammatory
• An antirheumatic effect
• An antioxidant effect (neutralization of free radicals)
• A fat-lowering effect
• Balancing effect on the vegetative nervous system

Sodium bicarbonate - an endogenous base

The healthy body is able to neutralize accumulating acidic substances in a variety of ways using so called buffer systems. In addition to minerals, the base sodium hydrogen carbonate plays a primary role. The intake of sodium salt (pure sodium bicarbonate) has proven effective for the treatment of blood and tissue hyperacidity since time immemorial. Taking base is an essential basic treatment for most chronic diseases, inflammation, digestive problems and as part of biological cancer therapy. bWORLITSCHEK was able to show that the deacidification of the tissue is much more effective with the infusion of a sodium bicarbonate solution. The treatment became a standard treatment innaturopathy and was widely used.

Procaine base infusion - the effective synthesis

The procaine base infusion combines the biological properties of the regulatory therapeutic agent procaine with the most important base in the body, sodium bicarbonate. It accelerates the deacidification of the tissue and promotes blood circulation in tissue that has been undersupplied for a long time and is chronically painful or inflamed. The treatment also has an analgesic and relaxing effect on the nervous system (“sympathicolysis”).The therapy has proven to be very beneficial for the effect of other immune-enhancing therapies and has a protective effect on the liver and pancreas.

How is the procaine base infusion performed?

The procaine base infusion is given as a drip through the vein. A treatment takes around 60-90 minutes. If possible, the therapy should be carried out daily over a period of two weeks. In the case of acute symptoms (e.g. migraine or gout attack), one to three treatments are often sufficient.

When is the procaine base infusion particularly useful?

  • Body deacidification (for most chronic diseases displayed)
    • Pain therapy (chronic and/or systemic pain, ineffectiveness of other procedures)
    • Rheumatism and arthrosis therapy
    • Circulation promotion
    • Vitalization and anti-aging
    • Biological cancer therapy (often in combination with additionalProcedure)
